CAUCASUS RESEARCH İNSTİTUTE

Qafqaz Research İnstitute was established according to the general laws about scientific research organizations by order of the rector of Qafqaz University, number 07.01 of 22.02.2006 on the basis of scientific-research institutions of Qafqaz University and its acts attached to University. Qafqaz Research İnstitute works in order to research the historical, cultural, social, legal, political, economic and technical spheres of the surrounding areas; to direct this investigations to the studies like this in the world and to coordinate scientific works conducted at the University.

ACTİVİTES

The impact of the Caucasus Research Institute on the scientific activities:

To publish research works, monographs, dictionaries and educational materials in the spheres of history, literature, culture, and economy related to the language, political and social life of the Caucasus region population, especially Azerbaijan and Turkey.

To support the implementation of scientific research findings on a global scale, coordinate research related partnerships and works, and promote collaboration. Also, to deliver collected information to the public and private organizations, and mass media agencies.

To organize projects related with the protection of natural and historical heritage, promote and sustain local cultural values, implement prepared projects with the mutual involvement of public and private organizations. To develop training programs; support publications; organize conferences, trips and other activities.
